A well-established and growing commercial property business is looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to join its high performing team. With a portfolio spanning over 15millionsqft across commercial, retail, and industrial assets, with further growth in the pipeline. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio within a business that is continuing to scale.
The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused property management role, combining day-to-day portfolio oversight with a proactive, asset-aware mindset.
You’ll be responsible for…
- Managing a diverse portfolio across industrial, office, and commercial assets
- Setting and reconciling service charge budgets in line with RICS code
- Overseeing lease events including reviews, expiries, and break options
- Building strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
- Managing rent collection, arrears, and overall financial performance
- Working closely with FM and asset management teams to drive value
- Ensuring full compliance across H&S, statutory requirements, and insurance
- Overseeing refurbishments, fit-outs, and tenant handovers
About You:
- Experience within commercial property management (c.3+ years)
- Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters
- Confident managing service charge budgets and financial performance
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify asset management opportunities
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- MRICS (or working towards) is desirable, not essential
