3rd Line / Infrastructure Support Analyst x 2 – Bath – New Roles!

Up to £48k + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

A leading provider of digital solutions – based in central Bath – requires two Infrastructure Analysts to join its growing team!

Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:

• Strong experience of working within IT/infrastructure support environments (providing 3rd line support)
• Substantial experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs etc
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure – particularly AWS – woule be advantageous
• Good understanding of core network principles
• Any exposure to Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines beneficial.

Additionally, you will have a strong willingness to learn coupled with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
