As part of our growth we are looking for an EA and Office Manager, where you will be part of a global best in class Operations team .

Role Summary

This dual-role position combines Executive Assistant (EA) support to senior leadership with Office Management for two sites in Basingstoke. The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage executive priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and leadership team
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support administrative workflows (expenses, approvals, leave)

Meetings & Events

  • Organize and manage global virtual meetings
  • Plan and deliver in-person meetings and events end-to-end
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and ensure professional execution

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations across two sites
  • Manage supplies, vendors, maintenance, and facilities
  • Support onboarding, communications, and compliance
  • Assist with budgets, expenses, and purchase orders

Business Support

  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Track actions and follow-ups from leadership meetings

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across global teams
  • Represent leadership with professionalism

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives (VP/EVP/President level)
  • Strong background in calendar, travel, and meeting management
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred
