Commercial Director – Data Centre (UK/Europe)

We are partnering with a prominent pan-European data centre platform, known for delivering some of the most advanced, energy-efficient facilities in the market and supporting mission-critical infrastructure for hyperscalers and large-scale digital platforms.
They are seeking a Commercial Director to take ownership of hyperscale opportunities and drive their commercial success, starting with a newly developed, state-of-the-art site and a strong pipeline of future builds.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role sitting between sales and commercial. You will lead strategic deals end-to-end, working closely with internal stakeholders and hyperscale clients to move opportunities from early engagement through to contract close.
You’ll be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading bid and pricing strategy, and navigating complex deal cycles, coordinating across technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful outcomes.
