Our client is a leading, bespoke wiring and harness designer and manufacturer. With a well-built reputation for their quality of service and products, they have enjoyed significant growth and a strong following. At this pivotal period in their growth, they seek a Business Development Manager to join the business and take charge of hunting for new clients across their specialist sectors, Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Defence and Specialist Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will operate independently to drive initiatives that generate opportunities to engage with new business partners to build long-term business relationships for the company. This candidate will be exceptionally ‘hunter’ focused and demonstrate strong communication skills both internally and externally, be a self-starter and have a successful track record for bringing in new customers within a parallel business.
