Senior Performance Improvement Manager – Drive Innovation & Change
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Performance Improvement Manager to help transform how we deliver services and raise performance across our organisation.
The Role
This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on driving meaningful change. You’ll lead data-driven improvement initiatives that enhance KPI performance and deliver measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Lead and operational teams, you’ll identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and introduce innovative solutions—including new technologies—to give us a competitive edge and maintain a strong reputation with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end performance improvement initiatives from insight to delivery
- Analyse KPIs, customer feedback, and operational data to identify and prioritise opportunities
- Research and recommend new technologies and innovative approaches to service delivery
- Develop business cases and implement scalable, sustainable solutions
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Track impact, measure ROI, and report on performance improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Degree-level education (or equivalent) with strong analytical capability
- Proven experience in performance improvement, operational excellence, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft skills and high confidence with data analysis and “number crunching”
- Ability to research, identify, and implement improvement opportunities independently
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset—attitude is key
