About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Building Safety Manager to support our Fire & Building Safety Department with expert technical guidance, Building Safety Case work, and compliance assurance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, helping drive high‑quality safety outcomes across a varied portfolio of sites.
This role is ideal for someone with strong building compliance experience who thrives in a technical, legislation‑driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Building Safety Case Reports and Gap Analysis Reports
- Provide clear, competent technical guidance to clients and colleagues
- Support the development of internal policies, procedures, and training
- Maintain CPD and stay up to date with legislation and best practice
- Escalate risks appropriately and communicate effectively across teams
- Travel to client sites as required
What You’ll Need
- Level 5 Building Safety qualification (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience in a building compliance or safety discipline
- Strong understanding of building construction, external walls, and compartmentation
- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Confident working with legislation, guidelines, and internal policies
- Full UK driving licence
Location & Travel
This is a field‑based and office‑based hybrid role with travel to client sites across the UK.
