Job Description:

A leading global group is seeking an accomplished Technology Implementation Project Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract. Competitive Daily Rate.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven project professional with deep experience in multi-site technology implementations and a strong ability to work closely with external stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors. You’ll be helping deliver innovative, cutting-edge technology solutions across high-profile sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and agree on project scope with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and technical readiness
  • Deliver technology solutions on time, within budget, and in line with agreed specifications
  • Drive effective external stakeholder engagement – including contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Manage projects from discovery through to handover, including documentation and service desk transition
  • Provide on-site support and escalation during critical go-lives
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and third parties
  • Identify risks and proactively manage scope changes or issues
  • Contribute to process improvement and strategic reporting

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in technology implementation across multiple sites
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement and vendor management
  • Strong project management skills with relevant qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding organisational capabilities
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple projects
  • Comfortable with national travel

While based from an office in Macclesfield, this role will require national travel to sites as a core part of its delivery. Flexibility and mobility are essential.
