The Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join a rapidly growing, award-winning national property group. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of the Group’s core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and the delivery of critical financial insights. What you will be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual budget and rolling forecast processes across the Group.
  • Own the monthly performance reporting cycle, providing deep-dive analysis for executive and divisional leadership teams.
  • Develop and refine KPI reporting frameworks, ensuring the seamless integration of new acquisitions into standard business reporting.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and complex modelling to evaluate new business initiatives and support long-term decision-making.
  • Champion the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes to ensure consistency and quality across all divisions.
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated FP&A team of four direct reports, fostering a culture of professional growth and accuracy.

What we are looking for:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance or FP&A leadership role, specifically managing complex budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret large data sets into actionable financial narratives.
  • A track record of managing and developing finance professionals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance leadership.
  • Experience with multi-entity businesses or EPM tools such as Jedox.

This is a standout opportunity to lead a critical finance function within a business that truly invests in its people. You will benefit from market-leading training and a clear trajectory for career advancement. Beyond the professional growth, you will join a collaborative culture that celebrates success through quarterly and yearly awards, all while operating in a flexible hybrid working environment.
