Telephony Complaints Support Handlers
Salary – £160 per day (Inside IR35)
Rochdale/ hybrid
We’re supporting a client with motor finance remediation complaints activity.
This role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, case logging, customer updates, and basic complaint handling.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide case updates and log activity accurately
- Support complaint handling and workflows
- Escalate complex cases when required
Must haves:
- Telephony-based customer service / complaints admin experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment
- Previous experience logging complaints on the phone
Details:
- £160 per day (Inside IR35)
- Hybrid – 2 days in the office (Rochdale)
- Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm
- 6-month contract
