Are you a commercially driven Finance Business Partner who thrives on influencing performance and shaping strategy?
Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a £100m private equity-backed, acquisitive manufacturing and services group to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leadership to drive commercial and financial performance across three recently acquired businesses.
The Opportunity
Operating within a fast-growing group environment, you will play a key role in getting under the bonnet of three acquired businesses, supporting their integration and helping drive strategic and commercial performance. You will partner closely with Managing Directors and operational leaders, providing the insight, challenge and financial clarity needed to support continued growth and value creation.
The role is based in the Midlands and supports three sites across the Midlands and South of England.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting across three business units
• Partner with Managing Directors and operational teams to drive commercial and operational performance
• Provide financial modelling, scenario planning and analysis to support strategic decisions
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards and KPIs to improve business visibility
• Support pricing, tenders and commercial decision making across the group
• Drive consistency in financial processes and reporting across the acquired businesses
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies, margin improvement and value creation
About You
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Background in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering
• Experience working across multi-site or complex business environments
• Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, modelling and commercial decision support skills
