About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our London office in Chingford. This role will focus on recruiting across a range of blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a particular emphasis on candidates and clients within the civils and construction sectors.

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, a strong understanding of civil engineering and construction, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, commercially minded, and looking to grow within a fast-paced and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment process within the civils and construction sectors
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and delivering suitable candidates efficiently
  • Generating new business opportunities within the civils and construction markets
  • Advertising vacancies, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate database records
  • Conducting client meetings, site visits, and networking within the industry
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and recruitment activity across the construction and civils sectors
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure a high level of service delivery

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within civils, construction, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and professional in approach
