WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable person to fit into our Sales & Marketing team. Arriving at an exciting point in our growth journey, this is an opportunity for a new member to make this role their own and bring real value to the business. You must be keen to learn, in order to gain knowledge of the wide variety of products we have and build on the Oakfields brand to provide quality service to our customers.
A keen interest in Agriculture would make you the ideal fit as would knowledge of farm machinery, but this is not essential! As a family we have been buying and selling tractors & machinery for over 50 years so there is plenty of experience to draw from!
Good IT skills are a must in this role, and experience with photography is hugely beneficial.
Most of all, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, personable charisma and strong team spirit are the key traits that will ensure you are successful in this role.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Creating listings and adverts for all our stock of tractors, plant and machinery
- Photograph equipment for marketing use
- Managing website content
- Creation of content for our social medias and other marketing platforms
- Assisting the sales team and handling customer enquiries
- Managing own pipeline of sales enquiries
- As experience is gained, more handling of sales will be possible

Full-time role Monday to Friday 07:00am to 16:30pm

Location: Oakfields Ag Ltd, Woodhams Farm, Cutlers Green, Thaxted, Essex, CM6 2RH.
Salary: £35-45,000 per annum depending on experience.
