Job Description:

Evergreen Garden Care is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract to lead the end‑to‑end optimisation of our display units and in‑store set‑up across retail channels. Whilst this will be based in Armthorpe there will be a need to travel to Frimley and other sites.

This is a high‑impact role where you’ll standardise display solutions to drive efficiency, reduce cost and improve execution, all while elevating brand presence in store.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a full review of display units, materials and set‑up processes
  • Delivering a future‑fit, standardised POS display framework
  • Working cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Procurement and external partners
  • Identifying cost‑saving and supplier optimisation opportunities
  • Driving continuous improvement using data and insight

  • Proven project management experience (FMCG, retail display, supply chain or packaging)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A commercial, hands‑on mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience delivering cost savings and operational improvements
