I am hiring for Investigation Officer / Offender Manager

Location: UK (Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Croydon, Peterborough – Predominantly Remote)

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor high-risk individuals within asylum or criminal justice settings
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective offender management strategies
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners (MAPPA) to ensure public safety and risk mitigation
• Gather, analyse, and assess intelligence to manage threat, harm, and risk
• Develop and deliver intervention and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual cases
• Work independently in a remote environment while handling sensitive and complex cases
