FP&A Analyst
£60,000 – £65,000 plus bonus and benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded qualified accountant to join the FP&A function of a Luxury Multi Site Hospitality Group. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role offers strong exposure across multi-channel, market and senior stakeholders including founders and CEO, supporting financial planning, performance analysis. This is a high-visibility role suited to an analytically strong, detail-oriented finance professional looking to develop within a premium consumer environment. You will work closely with leadership teams and partner with finance and non-finance colleagues.
You will responsible for:
- Leading production of budgets, forecasts and rolling outlooks
- Reviewing international cash flow submissions and strengthen global forecasting accuracy
- Partnering with non finance stakeholders to analyse site performance
- Preparing senior stakeholder reporting packs
- Managing timely and accurate P&L and Balance Sheet forecast uploads
- Analysing revenue streams to identify growth opportunities
- Delivering monthly variable cost and cash flow analysis to drive insight and decision-making
- Delivering financial analysis for new site investments, including scenario and sensitivity modelling
About You:
- High-calibre finance professional with strong analytical capability and FP&A experience in hospitality or consumer businesses
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with solid accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills with a detail-oriented, highly organised approach
- Confident working cross-functionally and engaging senior stakeholders
- Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to learn in a premium business environment
