Manager, Transaction Services – M&A Deal Advisory
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transaction Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and support buy-side and sell-side deals, providing comprehensive financial due diligence to ensure successful transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, deal advisory, and a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
– Analyse financial statements, models, and data to assess deal viability
– Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
– Identify potential risks and opportunities during the deal process
– Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients
– Mentor junior team members and support their development
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred
– Proven experience in transaction services, deal advisory, or financial due diligence
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Prior experience with buy-side and sell-side deals is highly desirable
