WAKE THE TIGER

Wake The Tiger is a radical creative company born in the South West and the visionary force behind the world’s first Amazement Park®. We fuse immersive art, storytelling, and purpose to create unforgettable experiences that disrupt the norm and ignite transformation.

Our worlds are built to challenge perception, awaken collective imagination, and provoke real change — socially, environmentally, and culturally. We believe wonder is a catalyst, and amazement a tool — not just for escape, but for building a more connected, conscious, and courageous future.

THE ROLE

The Office Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the office, project teams and site operations across construction, events and fit-out projects. The role is hands-on and varied, involving errands, deliveries, collections, and practical admin support to help keep projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and delivering documents, drawings, permits, samples, materials and equipment between the office, site, suppliers and clients.
  • Running urgent errands for project teams, site teams and event crews.
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, printing, copying and document preparation.
  • Supporting the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, site cabins, office spaces and event areas.
  • Helping to organise stock, supplies, stationery, PPE, refreshments and site consumables.
  • Liaising with couriers, suppliers, printers, hire companies and other third parties.
  • Assisting with deliveries and collections, including checking and distributing incoming items.
  • Supporting project and site teams with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Keeping the office, storage areas and workspaces tidy and organised.
  • Representing the company professionally at all times when dealing with clients, suppliers and contractors.

You’ll bring the following to the role:

  • Reliable, punctual and well organised.
  • Flexible and able to respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Good communication and a helpful, can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment with multiple tasks.
  • Full UK driving licence would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Previous experience in construction, events, fit-out or a busy office environment is useful but not essential.
