Performance Marketing Manager

• £40,000 – £45,000 + bonus

• Oxford Circus

We are working with a rapidly scaling, investment-backed property business across the UK. You’ll be part of a commercially focused team where your ideas directly influence performance and revenue outcomes.

The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of multi-channel acquisition and lifecycle marketing, driving lead generation and conversion across domestic and international student audiences.

Role Highlights – core tasks & impact

– Manage paid social campaigns across major platforms, optimising spend and performance

– Own paid search strategy including bidding, keywords, and return optimisation

– Build and refine CRM and email journeys to improve conversion rates

– Develop segmented campaigns tailored to different student audiences

– Test and scale new acquisition channels including affiliates and partnerships

You Will Need – key skills/experience

– Proven experience in performance marketing across paid social and search

– Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimisation

– Hands-on experience with CRM and email automation platforms

– Ability to analyse campaign data and improve ROI across channels

– Comfortable working cross-functionally with regional and senior stakeholders
