We are looking for the top Software Engineers in London who like working on complex, highly distributed systems and applications to work for an Elite FinTech company!

Job Title: Senior Software Developer (Python)

Industry: Elite FinTech

Compensation: Up to £300k 1st Year Compensation

Location: London (Hybrid)

As part of the team, you could be:

• Designing and delivering high-performance solutions that support mission-critical platforms processing multi-exabytes of data in real time.
• Developing and maintaining highly concurrent distributed systems built for demanding production environments.
• Working primarily with Python while also having opportunities to gain exposure to additional languages such as Rust and Go.
• Contributing to the development of a new greenfield machine learning platform and helping shape its technical direction.

We are looking for engineers who have:

• Between 4 and 15 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, particularly within distributed systems or large-scale data environments.
• Strong experience building production systems using Python.
• A background in developing scalable backend systems designed for performance and reliability.
• Any exposure to machine learning systems or MLOps practices would be considered beneficial.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team of experienced engineers.
