We’re currently working with a leading Build to Rent operator to recruit Resident Service Assistants across multiple London residential communities.

The Role
As a Resident Service Assistant, you will be the face of the building, delivering exceptional resident experience while supporting the day to day operations of a modern residential community.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Supporting resident enquiries and service requests
- Assisting with apartment viewings and leasing activity
- Managing parcel handling and front-of-house operations
- Supporting community events and resident engagement initiatives
- Monitoring building presentation, safety, and amenities
- Working closely with onsite management and maintenance teams
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Customer focused and people orientated
- Confident working in a front of house or hospitality environment
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Proactive, positive and professional
- Interested in residential property or Build to Rent careers
Experience within hospitality, residential, concierge, student accommodation, hotels or customer service environments is highly desirable.
