We’re looking for a sharp, trend-obsessed Assistant Menswear Designer who’s ready to turn ideas into product that actually sells. This isn’t mood boards-for-the-sake-of-it — this is fast-paced, commercially driven design for one of the biggest names in retail.
You’ll be right in the mix — sketching, building ranges, owning tech packs, and working side-by-side with senior designers, customers, and production teams to bring product to life from concept → rail.
What you’ll be doing:
– Turning concepts into killer, wearable product
– Creating tech packs that factories actually understand
– Spotting trends before everyone else does
– Working across design, production & merchandising (no silos here)
– Getting hands-on with fabrics, trims & samples
– Playing a key role in shaping ranges for major retail accounts
What you bring:
– Menswear experience (non-negotiable)
– Strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills
– A proper eye for detail — not “good enough”
– Commercial instinct — you get what sells
– The ability to juggle, pivot, and deliver at speed
