Finance Business Partner – Perm

Location: London

Hybrid: 2/3 days in the office

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Are you a commercially driven finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment? This role is integral to supporting financial strategy and driving business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver month-end reporting for business portfolios, collaborating with Business Leads to create detailed packs and presenting critical data for executive reporting.
• Partner with business teams to produce accurate budgets and forecasts, offering expert insights to ensure realistic financial objectives are set and feeding into the annual business plans.
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of robust business cases and ensure proper governance for evaluating business initiatives.
• Provide insightful management information, identifying and explaining variances, and proactively raising new opportunities and risks.
• Enhance financial understanding across the business by educating key stakeholders in P&L management, including expenditure control to drive profitability and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring full compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and contract requirements.

About You:

• ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified/Finalist
• Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to deliver financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and successfully delivering project milestones.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in communication to drive informed business outcomes.
• Commercially sharp with solid data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Proactive, energetic, and adept at managing complexity and change.
