A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a flagship private healthcare development delivering a £70m internal fit-out for an internationally recognised healthcare client.
This is a high-profile, technically complex project involving a full internal fit-out across seven storeys, including specialist medical installations and a substantial £30m MEP package. Pre-construction is complete, and the role is focused purely on delivery.
The Project
- £70m internal fit-out across 7 storeys
- Private hospital development for international client
- £30m MEP package with heavy coordination requirements
- Specialist installations including MRI suite and LINAC bunker
- Enabling works already completed (£6m)
- Main works commencing early July
- Fast-paced delivery programme
The Role
- Senior Project Manager responsible for delivery of major workstreams
- Reporting into the Project Director
- Managing Project Managers, Site Managers and trade contractors
- Driving programme, quality and technical delivery
- Leading coordination across MEP, fit-out and specialist equipment
- Working closely with client and consultant team
- Delivery-focused role (no PCSA or pre-con involvement)
Requirements
- Proven experience as Senior Project Manager on large fit-out projects
- Healthcare project experience strongly preferred
- Strong MEP coordination background
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Track record delivering fast-paced programmes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Package
- Salary: £110,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
