Maybridge Associates is partnering with a high-growth, boutique consultancy that is investing heavily in its Financial Services capability, following multiple recent client wins.

As a firm, they work with high-profile projects with leading clients across Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance.

They specialise in helping clients define strategy, design Target Operating Models, and deliver complex transformation programmes — bridging the gap between strategic ambition and real execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes
• Working on cost optimisation & value creation initiatives
• Shaping digital, data & technology-enabled change
• Engaging directly with senior stakeholders across major FS institutions

What they’re looking for:

• 2–6 years’ experience in management consulting (Big 4 / top-tier boutique)
• Recently completed a rotational graduate scheme within a financial institution
• Experience within Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth/Asset Management or Insurance)
• Exposure to strategy, operating model design, or transformation delivery
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
