My client, a boutique Board search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive Search professional to join their London Financial Services practice as a Senior Associate.

Responsibilities

• Work with global Retail Financial Services organisations, delivering Board and NED level roles.
• Operate in a candidate-centric executive search environment and execute senior leadership placements.
• Target companies, develop understanding of the competitive landscape, and network with industry sources.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Between three and five years’ experience in retained executive search.
• Excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels.
