Our client, a well-established multi-franchise automotive dealer group operating across Southwest England since 1996, is currently recruiting for a New/Used Car Sales Executive at their reputable dealership in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cars and a desire to excel in a customer-focused environment.

Duties
- Selling new and used cars, including city cars, hybrid SUVs, and various other models as part of the New/Used Car Sales Executive role
- Promoting add-ons, accessories, finance and insurance products, and warranties to meet sales targets
- Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding vehicle delivery and progress
- Resolving customer queries promptly and effectively
- Ensuring payment collection prior to vehicle handover
- Explaining warranty details, service arrangements, and demonstrating vehicle features
- Introducing customers to the Service Department for ongoing support
- Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service in the New/Used Car Sales Executive position
Requirements
- Previous or current franchise-approved car sales experience is advantageous but not essential for the New/Used Car Sales Executive role
- Strong sales or customer service background with a genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence in the New/Used Car Sales Executive position
- Ability to build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
- Active UK driving licence with minimal points
- Enthusiasm for working within a dynamic dealership environment
