Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager. We are located in Battersea and you would be needed in the office Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams. The role involves regular communication with clients, estimating, forecasting and project management. The candidate will also handle performance tracking, reporting and ensuring timely delivery of content. xwzovoh

- Solid experience in a specialist medcoms or healthcare communication agency
- Client management and account management skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
