An established client is looking to appoint a Project Director to lead a major development in Bristol.

The successful candidate will join a leading Contractor specialising in Construction and Project Management.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for a £35M distressed residential-led project in Bristol, which requires completion by early 2027. The scheme includes 152 apartments, 3 commercial units, 4 roof terraces, and a 66-space basement car park.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of leading large, complex construction xwzovoh schemes
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or major main contractor
• High-rise residential expertise
• (Ideally) familiarity with Gateway application processes
