Examinations OfficerRequired as soon as possiblePermanent, term time plus 4 additional days, 37 hours per week Monday – FridaySalary: Grade 5 (SCP 6-9) £25,989 – £27,254 per annum pro rata (Actual salary £22,912 – £24,027 per annum)

As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer who is organised, detail orientated and reliable to join our dedicated team and play a key role in the smooth running of our exams processes.

  • Manage exam entries, timetables, and results distribution, ensuring all materials are prepared and securely stored.
  • Assist with internal exams, maintain filing systems, and coordinate with exam boards and staff.
  • Handle queries, process payments, support exam day logistics, and suggest process improvements.
  • Promote student welfare, adhere to safeguarding policies, and contribute to the school’s ethos and development.
