We are looking for Development consultants to join our team and be part of a growing network of associates.

Development Consultants have one of the most wide-ranging roles of all City & Guilds Associates, with the possibility of being involved in many different parts of the qualification and assessment development process. Some of the key roles and responsibilities you may conduct are:

Responsibilities

  • Scoping qualification content – e.g., qualification and unit structures, rules of combinations, assessment design
  • Writing unit content
  • Drafting assessments and sample assessment materials – e.g., multiple-choice question papers, knowledge tests, practical assessments, professional discussions, portfolios of evidence
  • Reviewing and amending assessments as part of reviewing panels or as a scrutineer
  • Reviewing the mapping of content against standards or other qualifications

Role Description / Requirements

As part of your role, you will receive contextualized training for each development that you are involved in, and will be expected to attend online, face-to-face meetings as well as take on some remote activities.
