Property Manager – West Edinburgh

£35,000 + Bonus (OTE £39,000)

We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded property business in West Edinburgh that’s looking to bring in an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a varied and high-quality portfolio.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t need hand-holding—you’ll be given autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to genuinely make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing maintenance, compliance, and tenancy matters
• Handling escalations and more complex cases with confidence
• Supporting junior team members where needed

What we’re looking for:

• ARLA or MARLA qualified (non-negotiable)
• 3+ years’ experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation
• Confident communicator xwzovoh who can manage expectations and solve problems
• Organised, proactive, and able to juggle a busy workload
