IFS Solution Architect

We are currently supporting a global organisation on a major IFS transformation programme and are looking to engage an experienced IFS Solution Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of their IFS landscape.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale implementation/upgrade, collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving best practice across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for IFS (IFS Cloud / IFS Applications)
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient IFS solutions
• Define and govern system architecture, integrations, and technical design
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment across all workstreams
• Provide architectural guidance across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and/or Service Management modules
• Ensure best practice is followed across configuration, customisation, and integrations
• Support stakeholders with roadmap planning and future system scalability

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect on large-scale programmes
• Strong knowledge of IFS Cloud (preferred)
• Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, and system architecture
• Ability to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Previous experience working on global or multi-site implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working alongside IFS partners or within complex partner ecosystems
• Exposure to cloud environments and modern integration tools
