Finance Director (Cross-border Trade & Sales Support)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s cross-border trade financialoperations, build China-Singapore cross-border financial control system,responsible for budgeting, cost accounting, capital and risk management.
• Lead cross-border trade tax planning, proficient in China-Singapore tax policies, handle cross-border payment, foreign exchangerisk and import & export tax affairs, optimize fiscal costs.
• Provide financial support for B2B/B2C sales business,including pricing calculation, credit evaluation, payment risk control andsales performance financial analysis.
• Compile financial statements and business reports, providedecision-making data support; be responsible for tax declaration, audit andgovernment financial disclosure.
• Manage the financial team, formulate standardizedprocesses, and ensure efficient and compliant financial operation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance and Economics.
• At least 10 years of financial experience, over 5 years as Finance Director/Manager; cross-border trade experience.
• Professional expertise in integrating Singapore’s local financial rules with multi-country cross-border trade finance full-process operation, mastering the fiscal and tax docking points of Singapore and global cross-border business.
• Rich experience in combining overall financialmanagement with sales business financial support, able to provide targetedfinancial solutions for cross-border trade sales business in Singapore.
