This exciting opportunity for an exceptional head of sales will help to lead and grow our IT recruitment team in London. DWI are established leaders in Global IT Recruitment, and we are looking for an exceptional head of sales to help us achieve our forecasted growth plan and have a direct impact to help our clients attract the best talent in the market to enable them to scale their strategy,
As head of sales, your role is fundamental to the growth of DWI Consulting. This is a senior role, and you will be responsible for managing and building a team of recruitment consultants, business development and improving business processes. You will be naturally influential with exceptional leadership & sales skills.
You should have an established track record in a leadership and sales management role along with experience in implementing business development campaigns, producing new business and conversions into long term client relationships. You should be highly influential and passionate about developing new business as well as networking and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be working with global leaders and will be supported by the DWI leadership team who will provide ongoing development and mentoring. What we are looking for:
- Established track record with 5 years’ experience in IT Contract or permanent Recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Client management and networking skills
- Strong Business Development and entrepreneurial skills including strategic planning
- Proven ability to motivate employees
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead by example
