Your mission
Own market entry and Go-to-Market strategy for UK in close alignment with the Germany-based Global Hub.
Drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales across Public and/or Private sectors (B2B/B2G), identifying new opportunities and developing tailored solutions for multiple industries.
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing.
Identify, acquire, and develop lighthouse and reference customers, especially in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Energy.
Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies), initially complementing direct sales and evolving toward a hybrid Go-to-Market model.
Your profile
Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management — ideally with responsibility for new markets or segments.
Proven track record in building markets (“first-in-market”) or launching new business areas, including exploratory market development and scalable growth.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes.
Languages: English C2; German is a plus.
