We’re hiring a Depot Manager to lead a major white glove, high-value delivery contract within a global logistics business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with full ownership of a specialist operation focused on 2-man delivery, in-home installation, and premium customer service.

The Role

• Lead depot operations across warehouse & transport
• Manage large teams delivering high-value, customer‑critical services
• Drive KPIs, service excellence, and operational performance
• Oversee fleet, planning, and compliance (DVSA / O Licence)
• Improve processes in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment

Is this you?

• Experience in white glove, 2-man delivery, or high-value logistics
• Strong leadership of teams within operational environments
• Transport + warehouse knowledge
• Commercially aware with KPI and cost control experience
