The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to play a key role, delivering management accounting, in a small, focused finance team supporting the whole organisation.

What You’ll Do
- Produce timely, accurate management accounts and financial statements.
- Lead month end and year end processes and reconcile key accounts.
- Provide clear financial insight, analysis and commentary to senior leaders.
- Run monthly performance and forecast review meetings.
- Spot risks, opportunities and efficiencies, and shape proactive solutions.
- Support budget holders through scenario planning and the budget‑setting process.
- Build strong relationships with our Department for Education and Department of Health and Social Care sponsor teams.
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to finance projects.

To be a Finance Business Partner you will also need:
- CCAB or CIMA qualification with strong post‑qualification experience.
- Extensive background in management accounts and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyse complex financial information and communicate it clearly.
- Confident decision‑maker with an enquiring, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
