We’re looking for a Head of Financial Services to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £93,500 – £105,000 per annum depending on experience and a hybrid working pattern.

What you will be doing;

  • Manage and develop stakeholder relations within the financial services industry, including key member groups, as well as senior personnel within the Bank of England, regulators and key firms within the industry.
  • Develop and manage a high quality workstream on issues affecting the financial services industry, including the commissioning and managing of work from expert third parties, in order to enhance our impact and influence in this policy space and to support members through the production of practical implementation and best practice content.
  • Lead on the production of insightful and effective responses to official calls for evidence on matters relating to and affecting the financial services industry such as government, select committee and regulatory consultations.
  • Work closely across Membership and Policy & Comms and the wider ICAEW, including international, to ensure close alignment in our content strategy between policy, thought leadership and member support.

What you will need;

  • Strong understanding of the Financial Services sector and regulatory landscape
  • Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Confident, relationship driven individual with an ambassadorial approach
  • ACA qualification preferred, but broader Financial Services experience will be considered
  • Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for impact, visibility, and career progression
