We are lookingfor a hands-on and detail-oriented Office Manager (HR & Administration) tosupport the full spectrum of HR operations and office administration inSingapore. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented andable to manage both people-related and office-related matters in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the fullspectrum of HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, offboarding, and employee data management
- Prepare and maintainemployment contracts, employee letters and other HR documentation
- Support payrolladministration, including monthly payroll, leave records and benefitscoordination
- Handle work passadministration such as application, renewal, cancellation and liaison withexternal vendors or relevant parties
- Support recruitmentcoordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, offerpreparation and onboarding arrangements
- Oversee the dailyoffice operations, including facilities and vendor management, office supplies,record-keeping and equipment maintenance, to ensure a clean and well-organisedoffice environment
- Develop policies andprocedures to establish clear and congruent administrative operations andprocesses to support the business
- Oversee internalcommunications and employee well-being, including spearheading corporateevents, employee engagement activities and other ad-hoc projects, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant fields
- More than 5 years ofrelevant working experience in HR operations and office management
- Prior experience infast-paced technology-driven industries is preferred
- Familiar withSingapore employment regulations and office management
- Good communicationskills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
