About the Team

Our Projects & Construction practice sits at the heart of the energy transition, advising on complex and innovative projects across the renewable power, low-carbon fuels and sustainable infrastructure sectors. The team is particularly active in carbon markets, climate-related and emerging markets finance, and the rapidly developing areas of nature and natural capital.

We act for a broad range of clients, including project sponsors and developers, infrastructure and private equity funds, institutional investors, utilities and energy majors, lenders and multilateral institutions, and EPC and construction contractors. Our lawyers support clients throughout the full lifecycle of a project — from early-stage development and structuring, through construction and financing, to refinancing, restructuring, and the sale and purchase of both operational and pipeline assets.

With experience spanning more than seventy countries, our team combines international reach with deep sector knowledge to deliver commercially focused, pragmatic advice on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects globally.
