Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering high-profile interior fit out and construction projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, prestigious schemes with Tier 1 contractors and develop long-term career progression.

The Role

• Oversee the successful delivery of interior fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring programmes are achieved.
• Build strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage commercial aspects including variations, costs, and reporting.
• Ensure H&S, quality, and compliance standards are met at all times.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the interiors or construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge across drywall, suspended ceilings, partitioning, and SFS systems.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build long-term partnerships.
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex project demands.
• Committed, proactive, and able to deliver under pressure.
