Role: Store Manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts anytime Between 7am-12pm
Salary: £52,910
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to join a growing supermarket, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving sales, and creating a great shopping experience for customers.
Key SkillsStrong leadership and team management skillsPrevious experience in a similar roleAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsExcellent communication and customer service skills
Main ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of the day to day running of the store, making sure everything operates smoothly and profitably.Leading by example, supporting, coaching, and motivating the team to be their bestEnsuring the store is well stocked, organised, and visually appealing for customersMonitoring sales performance and implement strategies to meet targetsEnsuring compliance with company policies, health & safety regulationsDelivering excellent customer service and resolve issues professionallyManaging inventory and stock control
