Overview

We’re working with a growing education provider supporting 40+ sites and 1,000 users across the UK. With IT now fully in‑house, they’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the team in a varied, hands‑on role.

Role

You will deliver 1st/2nd line support across multiple sites, both remotely and on‑site, while assisting with upgrades, rollouts, and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site support across UK locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), Teams & SharePoint
• Set up users, devices, and new sites
• Assist with networking (Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs)
• Support infrastructure improvements and migrations

Skills & Experience

• 1st/2nd line IT support experience
• Microsoft 365 knowledge, incl. Intune, Entra ID & Intune
• Solid networking support skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with travel (full UK driving licence preferred)
