Key Responsibilities
- Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email to maintain healthy cashflow
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with accurate financial data
- Price‑matching invoices using Excel to ensure correct billing
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Supporting the finance team with general credit control and admin tasks
About You
You’ll be a strong match if you have:
- Experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Solid Excel ability – ideally with experience matching data and using lookup formulas
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to work independently within a small team
