Job Summary
The Creative Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting and elevating the brand’s creative output across all channels. Working within a fast-paced fashion environment, this role is responsible for coordinating multiple projects, contributing to creative development, and ensuring seamless execution from concept through to delivery. This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive creative with a strong understanding of brand, trend and visual storytelling. The successful candidate will confidently manage competing priorities while contributing innovative ideas and maintaining consistently high creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Execution
- Support the development and execution of creative concepts aligned to brand direction and commercial objectives
- Translate creative direction into high-quality visual outputs across e-commerce, campaign and marketing channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining and applying brand guidelines rigorously
- Contribute to creative ideation, bringing forward trend-led insights, references and new ideas
Production & Shoot Management
- Support the planning and delivery of photoshoots, including location research, prop sourcing and pre-production coordination
- Assist in model casting, bookings and on-set coordination across e-commerce and campaign shoots
- Confidently support and direct models and on-set teams to ensure delivery against the creative brief
- Coordinate all shoot logistics including travel, transport and accommodation where required
- Travel domestically and internationally to support shoot execution
Project & Workflow Management
- Own and manage the creative calendar, ensuring all projects, deadlines and updates are accurately tracked and communicated
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
- Work closely with Product, Graphics and wider Marketing teams to deliver weekly and seasonal updates (including homepage and campaign rollouts)
- Organise and maintain creative assets, files and workflows to ensure efficient team operations
Budget & Operational Oversight
- Support management of creative budgets, ensuring all projects remain within allocated spend
- Monitor production costs and flag efficiencies or risks where relevant
Job Requirements
- Proven experience within a creative, fashion or e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of trend-led womenswear and commercial styling
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience supporting or leading photoshoots and on-set environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Commercially aware with an understanding of brand and customer
- Adaptable and resilient within a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about fashion, content and emerging trends
