With c.$20m ARR, 400,000+ paying subscribers and a global user base, the business has proven product-market fit in a category that is still early and wide open.
The next chapter is to scale from $20m to $100m+ ARR over the coming years, with a renewed focus on creative-led growth and performance efficiency.
The Opportunity
- Own and execute the paid acquisition strategy across key global markets, with a strong focus on hands-on campaign management
- Lead performance through a rebuild phase, identifying new winning creative and restoring scalable growth across paid social
- Take full ownership of the performance marketing engine from day one, operating as the core function while the team is rebuild
- Partner directly with the CEO in one of the most commercially critical roles in the business
- Shape how performance, creative and influencer channels work together to drive growth
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day campaign execution across Meta (70%+ of spend), TikTok, Apple Search Ads and Google
- Drive creative testing and iteration across paid social, using performance data to inform messaging, hooks and formats
- Scale campaigns profitably, optimising against CAC, payback and long-term LTV
- Build a structured experimentation roadmap across audiences, channels and creative
- Improve attribution signals and feedback loops into platforms to enhance performance
- Support hiring and development of a lean performance team over time
Your Profile
- Proven experience scaling consumer mobile apps within subscription models
- Deep expertise in paid social (Meta in particular), with strong hands-on execution
- Currently or recently in-platform running campaigns day-to-day (not purely strategic)
- Strong understanding of how paid social informs and drives creative performance
- Commercially accountable for media budgets and growth targets
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor while building towards leadership
