The role
As a Project Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for new opportunities. Whether enquiries come through our website, referrals, or industry partners, you’ll take the lead in building relationships and shaping the early stages of each project.
This is a consultative role. It’s about understanding what clients really need, guiding them through the process, and working closely with our design team to bring their vision to life.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking incoming enquiries and turning them into opportunities
- Building strong relationships with clients and our industry partners
- Understanding client challenges and vision for their space
- Guiding projects through the sales journey to conversion and project delivery
- Collaborating with our award-winning design team, project managers, and marketing department
- Keeping a clear commercial focus while maintaining a great client experience
- Developing your own network and pipeline
What we’re looking for
- Experience in interiors, design, fit-out, or a related commercial sales role
- A great communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
- A consultative approach — someone who listens, interprets, and adds value
- Someone organised enough to juggle multiple projects at once
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in growing a network
- Someone looking to move into, or further develop within, a client-focused role
- You’ll be part of a growing business with clear ambitions
