Overview
We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing and digital campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation. Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies, is preferred. You could also be the first marketer at a small startup or hold an equivalent technical role such as biz ops/strategy with experience building from 0 to 1.
About The Role
At Verkada, we’re known for pushing traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. We’re reinventing Growth here. As a Growth Manager, you’ll be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning investment banking, consulting, marketing, and high-growth startups. In this role, you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite, working closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of our most strategic verticals.
We are committed to a thriving in‑office culture. This role requires that you be on‑site at our London office near Old Street five days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and scaled outbound outreach. You’ll be asked to execute new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
- Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
- Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 4‑8 years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting, a startup, or an equivalent role (highly preferred).
- 2+ years of marketing experience or equivalent, including B2C marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing operations, and product teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
- Experience managing large‑scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Digital marketing experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
