Where you’ll be working

The Hotel Department operates across Hadspen House and the Farmyard as one cohesive and fully integrated offering. Hadspen House, a Grade II listed property, offers 23 bedrooms and is home to The Botanical Rooms restaurant and bar, while the Farmyard, a sensitively reconverted dairy, provides a further 17 bedrooms, a self‑serve bar and an additional restaurant. Guests move seamlessly between the two areas via golf buggy, experiencing the estate as a single destination.

Front of House, Housekeeping and Spa play an integral role in delivering the overall guest experience, working alongside Food & Beverage to ensure consistency and quality across the Hotel.

The guest experience is shaped by the brand pillars of providing a home to relax and food to nourish. Estate‑grown produce and the wider estate story are thoughtfully integrated throughout the guest journey, creating a seamless and considered experience.
